Les Sorbiers - Typical Jura-Bernois farmhouse
Visits will be scheduled during August
Situated away from urban life, close to nature on the Mont-Soleil pass, this typical farmhouse represents the traditional farms of the Bernese Jura.
Distributed over two levels, it currently consists of a restaurant and offers great potential for expansion in the unused rural part.
The restaurant offers two open rooms and several available rooms that currently serve as a storeroom, cellar and storage room. A bedroom and bathroom complete this level.
Upstairs, you'll find two large bedrooms, a master bedroom as well as a shower room and a study.
The rural part of the farmhouse, meanwhile, offers great potential for expansion or possibly the possibility of building several apartments.
As for the two sheds, they will not be able to change use.
Mont-Soleil is a pearl nestled in the Bernese Jura, offering a natural and peaceful setting. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy hiking trails, cycling paths and winter sports such as cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. The village is also famous for its solar observatory and wind farm. Families will appreciate the peace and quiet, even though schools and major public transport services are located in neighboring communes.
