Luxury chalet Courchevel
Chalet Élan One of Courchevel's oldest chalets (built in 1957), Chalet Élan is part of an interior and exterior renovation project, offering a splendid view of the mountains and the Courchevel 1850 valley.
Elegantly designed, the chalet is spread over 600 sq. m. of floor space (420 sq. m. of living space). The open spaces reveal different perspectives on each room thanks to a meticulous design.
The interior design and decoration of this chalet are entirely custom-designed by architects Laurent Maugoust and Cécile Chenais.
The range of textures, materials and colors pay tribute to the original, authentic and inimitable spirit of chalets weathered by time.
This is an exceptional project, studied down to the last detail. Every millimeter has been thought out to respect the vanishing lines in the perspectives, to transform a bay window into a living landscape and to leave natural light an essential part of the décor of the living rooms.
Offering numerous assets the Élan chalet can accommodate 12 people and 2 members of staff.
The visit begins with a large entrance hall opening onto a sublime wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, hammam and massage room.
The expedition continues on the second floor with 5 en-suite bedrooms and a children's play area.
The living space is on the second floor with a large living room and its fireplace in classic Alpine farmhouse style, a dining room that can seat 12 guests, a large kitchen with adjoining wine cellar and a welcoming reading room.
The ascent reaches its climax on the top floor with the Master Suite with its breathtaking interior volumes, its huge independent dressing room and luminous bathroom.
