Born and raised in the Lausanne region, I've been lucky enough to live in an environment rich in culture and diversity, which has greatly influenced my career path. I continued my studies at the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, where I acquired solid skills in sales, customer service and marketing. This training enabled me to develop an in-depth understanding of customer expectations and needs, as well as a passion for service excellence.

In a world where digitalization is taking on a predominant role, I firmly believe that a sense of service and support remains a crucial differentiating factor.

In love with our region, I adore its magnificent landscapes and unique lifestyle. As a sports enthusiast, I take full advantage of the many activities our country has to offer, whether hiking, skiing or water sports. Always on the move, I like to be active and explore new adventures, which keeps me energized and motivated on a daily basis.
