François Nezelof

Born in Paris to dual French and Swiss-German parents, I discovered the property business at a young age while still a student at the University of Fribourg.

My interest in the technical, administrative, and financial management of properties led me to work in both French-speaking part of Switzerland and in the Bernese Oberland. After working as a luxury property manager and honing an eye for perfection, I shifted my focus to residential and commercial property brokerage.

The success of any project depends on many factors and it is never a guarantee. By nature, I am pragmatic and realistic. My goal is to help my clients achieve success by leveraging my experience—without ever losing sight of the dream that is essential to any accomplishment.
